28 Commonwealth assistance notices

(1) A Commonwealth assistance notice, for a VET unit of study in which a student was enrolled with a VET provider, is a notice that: (a) for the purposes of subclause 64(2) of Schedule 1A of the Act, contained the information required by subsections 80(2) to (4) of the VET Guidelines 2015; and (b) for the purposes of subclause 64(2A) of that Schedule, was given to the student in the manner set out in subsection 80(6) of the VET Guidelines 2015; and (c) for the purposes of subclause 64(3) and paragraph 64(4)(b) of that Schedule, was given within the period set out in subsection 80(7) of the VET Guidelines 2015.
