Plain English Summary

1/10 complexity

What this does

This instrument revokes (cancels) the approval of Tabor College Inc (WA) to operate as a VET provider (an approved vocational education and training college).

Who it affects

Tabor College Inc (WA): Loses its official status to offer government-supported vocational courses
Students: Can no longer access VET FEE-HELP (government loans that help pay for vocational study) at this college

Why this matters

Without VET provider approval, the college cannot offer Commonwealth-subsidised places or administer student loans for vocational courses. This cuts off government financial support for new students enrolling at the institution.

Additional details

The instrument also formally revokes the college's original 2013 approval instrument, completely removing its authority to operate under the Higher Education Support Act 2003.
