14 Consultation about decision making processes
(1) HEPs must advise students enrolled at the HEP of avenues available for students to be involved in decision making processes generally, including by publishing the details of the consultation mechanisms on their website and in their annual report. (2) These mechanisms must include consultation with democratically elected student representatives.
