Plain English Summary

2/10 complexity

This instrument revokes Study Group Australia Pty Limited’s approval as a higher‑education provider under section 22‑2 of the Higher Education Support Act 2003 and repeals Approval No. 1 of 2011. It takes effect on registration and was made by a Ministerial delegate. Mechanically, the decision removes the company’s approved‑provider status (affecting its access to supports and regulated recognition under the Act). The immediate costs and compliance consequences fall on the provider; further administrative discretion and any student impacts follow existing Act processes.
