  This instrument is the Higher Education Support Provider Approval (Carnegie Mellon University) Revocation 2025.

2  Commencement

  This instrument commences on the day this instrument is registered.

3  Authority

  This instrument is made under section 22-2 of the Higher Education Support Act 2003.

4  Definition

  In this instrument:

Act means the Higher Education Support Act 2003.

5  Notice of Revocation

  The approval of Carnegie Mellon University (ACN 116 769 423) as a higher education provider is revoked in accordance with subsection 22-2(1) of the Act.
