6C Saved effect of conditions on grants under the Enabling Loading Program
For the absence of doubt, a condition imposed by the Minister under paragraph 41-25(1)(c) of the Act in relation to a grant under Division 5 of Part 2 of this instrument that was in force immediately before that Division was repealed by the Higher Education Support Amendment (FEE-FREE Uni Ready Courses) Guidelines 2024 remains in force in relation to the grant after that repeal in accordance with its terms.
