66AC Grants to be made in respect of a year

(1) Grants under this program are made in respect of a year. (2) The amount, being a part of the amount referred to in section 41‑45 of the Act, that will be spent on the program: (a) in 2026, is $43,735,160; and (b) in all future years, is the amount at paragraph (2)(a) as indexed annually under section 66AD.

Note 1: See section 66AD for indexation that applies for future years (2027 onwards).

Note 2: Under section 41-20 of the Act, grants are subject to approval by the Minister.
