53 National institutes
The following national institutes are specified for the purposes of item 4 of the table in subsection 41‑10(1) of the Act: (a) The Australian National University; (b) AMC Institute at the University of Tasmania; and (c) the Batchelor Institute of Indigenous Tertiary Education; (d) the Victorian College of the Arts at the University of Melbourne.
Note: Grants may be approved by the Minister under Part 2-3 of the Act to be made to Table A providers to support these specified national institutes, as set out in item 4 of the table in subsection 41‑10(1) of the Act.
