45D Method by which the amount of grants under the program are determined and applicable conditions of grant
(1) A grant under this program will be made to a specific provider chosen to deliver the capacity building support described in subsection 45A(1). (2) The Minister will determine conditions that apply to grant funds under this program, and the grant amount, under paragraphs 41-25(1)(c) and 41-30(b) of the Act.
