Item 1 of the table in section 41-10 of the Act states that other grants may be made for the purpose of promoting equality of opportunity in higher education.Each Division of this Part specifies separate programs for this purpose.Each program provides grants to Table A providers, to promote equality of opportunity in higher education by providing support to students with disability to access, participate in and succeed in higher education.
