Commonwealth legislation
This instrument formally approves ECA Higher Education Institute Pty Ltd (ACN 627 475 790; ABN 31 627 475 790) as a higher education provider under the Higher Education Support Act 2003 and takes effect the day after registration (see sections 2 and 5). It is made under section 16-25 and paragraph 16-50(1)(b) of the Act (section 3). The instrument changes ECA’s legal status under the Act but does not itself set funding terms or operational conditions.
