Commonwealth legislation
This instrument revokes the formal approvals of seven named organisations as higher education providers under the Higher Education Support Act 2003 and repeals seven earlier provider-approval instruments. It takes effect on the day it is registered and is made under section 22-2 of the Act.
The immediate effect is to remove the listed entities' approved-provider status under the Act; that status determines which legal rules in the Act apply to those organisations, so the revocations change their regulatory standing.
