Higher Education Support (Maximum Payments for Indigenous Student Assistance Grants) Determination 2016

 

1  Name

  This instrument is the Higher Education Support (Maximum Payments for Indigenous Student Assistance Grants) Determination 2025.

2  Commencement

This instrument commences on the day after it is registered.

3  Authority

  This instrument is made under subsection 38-45(2) of the Act.

4  Definitions

  In this instrument:

Act means the Higher Education Support Act 2003.

5  Schedules

  Each instrument that is specified in a Schedule to this instrument is amended or repealed as set out in the applicable items in the Schedule concerned, and any other item in a Schedule to this instrument has effect according to its terms.

6  Determination of Maximum Payments

For the purposes of subsection 38-45(2) of the Act, the total payments made under Part 2-2A of the Act in respect of a year referred to below must not exceed the amount specified:

 (a) for the year 2025—$84,755,148;

 (b) for the year 2026—$86,789,272;

 (c) for the year 2027—$86,789,272;

 (d) for the year 2028—$86,789,272.
