This instrument revokes (cancels) the government approval of Impel Solutions Pty Ltd (operating as the Hall Investment Trust) to operate as a Vocational Education and Training (VET) provider under the Higher Education Support Act 2003.

This instrument is made under clauses 33 and 34 of Schedule 1A to the Higher Education Support Act 2003.
In this instrument:
Act means the Higher Education Support Act 2003.
body means Impel Solutions Pty Ltd as Trustee for the Hall Investment Trust ACN 143 379 542
Note: The term VET provider has the same meaning as given in the Act.
The body’s approval as a VET provider is revoked in accordance with subclause 33(1) of Schedule 1A to the Act. The Higher Education Support Act 2003 - VET Provider Approval (No 11 of 2014) is revoked.
