Commonwealth legislation
This instrument revokes Health Train Education Services Pty Ltd’s approval as a VET provider effective 12 September 2016 and cancels its 2013 approval instrument (ss 2–5). It also declares that specified clauses of Schedule 1A and sections of the VET Guidelines continue to apply to the body after revocation as if it remained approved (s6). That leaves the provider subject to continuing regulatory obligations while no longer holding approved VET provider status — affecting the provider, the Department that administers payments and oversight, and others relying on provider approval.
