Plain English Summary

1/10 complexity

This instrument immediately revokes Cornerstone Investment Aust Pty Ltd’s approval as a VET provider under the Higher Education Support Act 2003, cancelling its 2011 approval and removing its ability to offer Commonwealth‑supported courses.

That means students can no longer access VET FEE‑HELP for Cornerstone courses; it’s a regulator’s decisive step to remove providers that don’t meet quality, financial or compliance standards, risking disrupted studies and lost subsidised training.
