Plain English Summary

1/10 complexity

This instrument cancels the Australian Government’s approval for College of Creative Design and Arts Pty Ltd (ACN 149 028 517) to operate as an approved VET provider, including formal revocation of Approval No. 28 of 2013.

As a result the college loses access to Commonwealth funding and cannot offer government-subsidised courses or accept income-contingent loans (e.g. VET Student Loans); current and prospective students are affected. The action is taken under the Higher Education Support Act 2003.
