legislative instrument

Plain English Summary

3/10 complexity

This instrument formally revokes the approval of Australian School of Management Pty Ltd as a higher education provider and repeals the earlier 2012 approval instrument. It was made by a delegate of the Minister under section 22-2 of the Higher Education Support Act 2003. Mechanically, the revocation removes the company’s status as an approved provider for purposes of Commonwealth higher education support; it therefore affects the provider, students enrolled or intending to enrol, and any parties relying on that approval for funding or regulatory recognition.
