body means Australian Institute of Professional Education ACN 126 628 215.
Note: The term higher education provider has the same meaning as given in the Act.
The body’s approval as a higher education provider is revoked in accordance with clause 22-15 of the Act. The Higher Education Support Act 2003 – Higher Education Provider Approval (No. 3 of 2014, F2014 L00442) is revoked.
