Commonwealth legislation
This Act has been repealed and is no longer in force. It is retained for historical reference.
This instrument revokes Australian Institute of Personal Trainers Pty Ltd’s approval to operate as a VET provider under the Higher Education Support Act 2003. As a result the company can no longer offer VET Student Loans or receive Commonwealth funding; existing student loans remain administered but no new students can access the loan scheme through this provider, and the company must continue certain compliance, reporting and record-keeping obligations after revocation.
It primarily affects the provider, its current/past students, and the Department of Education, protecting students and taxpayers by restricting loan access to compliant providers.
