Plain English Summary

1/10 complexity

Asia Pacific Training Institute Pty Ltd (ACN 079 270 241) has been stripped of its approval as a government‑recognised VET provider under the Higher Education Support Act 2003, and an earlier 2013 approval is cancelled.

The institute can no longer offer government‑subsidised loans (e.g. VET FEE‑HELP) to students; current and prospective students lose access to those loan arrangements, effectively removing the company’s licence to operate in the publicly funded VET sector.
