Plain English Summary

1/10 complexity

This instrument removes ASCET Institute of Technology Pty Ltd’s approval as a government‑funded VET provider, immediately barring the institution from offering income‑contingent student loans (e.g., VET FEE‑HELP).

It affects the provider and its current and prospective students who will no longer be eligible for those loans. The change, made under the Higher Education Support Act 2003, preserves integrity of vocational funding and protects students from ineligible providers.
