Plain English Summary

What this does

This instrument revokes the government approval of Allied Educational Services Pty Ltd to operate as a Vocational Education and Training (VET) provider under the Higher Education Support Act 2003.

Who it affects

Allied Educational Services Pty Ltd (ACN 000 890 915) — the company immediately loses its authority to offer VET FEE-HELP loans (government-backed loans for vocational courses)
Students — current and prospective students can no longer access federal loans for courses offered by this provider

Why it matters

Without VET provider approval, the company cannot offer students government loans to pay for their courses. This revocation also formally cancels the company’s original 2010 approval instrument. This type of administrative action typically follows concerns about provider compliance, financial viability, or student protection standards.
