25A Copy of notice given to National VET Regulator about material changes (1) If a *VET provider gives the *National VET Regulator a notice under section 25 of the National Vocational Education and Training Regulator Act 2011, the provider must give a copy of the notice to the Minister. (2) A copy of the notice must be given to the Minister at the same time it must be given to the *National VET Regulator.
