Plain English Summary

1/10 complexity

This document officially approves The Holistic Healing Company Pty Limited (ACN 097 426 303) to operate as a VET provider under Commonwealth law.

What this means:

VET stands for Vocational Education and Training (practical, job-focused courses like certificates and diplomas)
The company can now offer students access to government financial assistance—specifically VET FEE-HELP loans—to pay for their studies
The approval was granted on 16 September 2013 by a delegate of the Minister for Higher Education

When it takes effect: The approval commences the day after it was registered on the Federal Register of Legislative Instruments, as required by the Higher Education Support Act 2003.

This is a one-off administrative decision affecting a single training provider, not a change to the general rules governing the education sector.
