Higher Education Support Act 2003

 

 

Revocation of approval under section 22-40 of the Higher Education Support Act 2003 (HESA)

 

 

I, Catherine Vandermark, a delegate of the Minister for Education for the purposes of section 22-40 of the HESA:

 

(a)           revoke the approval of Shafston Institute of Technology Pty Ltd as a higher education provider; and

 

(b)          hereby give Shafston Institute of Technology Pty Ltd written notice of the revocation as required by subsection 22-40(3) of HESA.

 

 

This revocation shall take effect on 23 April 2010.
