For the purposes of paragraph 19-66(2)(g) of the Act, the following are reviewable decisions for the purposes of this chapter: (a) a decision to issue a notice under subsection 41(1) in relation to the determination of higher education provider charge; (b) a decision not to waive the payment of the whole or a part of an amount of higher education provider charge or late payment penalty under subsection 45(1) following an application by a higher education provider; (c) a decision not to refund the payment of the whole or a part of an amount of higher education provider charge or late payment penalty under subsection 47(1) following an application by a higher education provider.
