#### 13 The Sydney College of the Arts 13 The Sydney College of the Arts > > (1) The property of the Institute of the Arts that relates to the Sydney College of the Arts is vested in the University of Sydney (subject to any trusts or conditions subject to which it was held immediately before the commencement of this section) to be applied by the University for the purposes of the Sydney College of the Arts established under section 42 of the [University and University Colleges Act 1900](/view/pdf/asmade/act-1900-22). > > > (2) The University of Sydney has the control and management of land that was under the control and management of the Institute of the Arts in relation to the Sydney College of the Arts immediately before the commencement of this section.
