22 Withdrawal of pre‑collection notice
(1) A person who gives a pre‑collection notice for a collection activity may withdraw the notice, in writing, at any time before the Minister issues a collection notification certificate for the activity.
(2) If a pre‑collection notice is so withdrawn, it is taken never to have been given.
