#### 22.01 Service of originating documents 22.01.1 An application for a constitutional or other writ, or a writ of summons, must be served personally in accordance with Part 9. 22.01.2 An application for an order for removal shall be served by ordinary service in accordance with Part 9. 22.01.3 An election petition shall be served in accordance with Chapter 3.
