37 Alteration in means of poor person (1) Where a poor person becomes possessed of or entitled to assets or income beyond those stated in the affadavit made by him or his solicitor in pursuance of rule 29 of this Order, he shall forthwith and from time to time report the matter to the solicitor conducting the proceedings for him. (2) When the matter comes to the knowledge of the solicitor, whether by means of the report or otherwise, he shall forthwith make and file an affidavit embodying that information.
