17 Bail bond in Admiralty actions
In an Admiralty action in rem, bail may be taken before:
(a) the Principal Registrar;
(c) a Commissioner to administer oaths for the purposes of the High Court or the Supreme Court of a State or Territory; or
(d) a Justice of the Peace or Notary Public;
and in every case the sureties shall justify.
