8 Fees other than hearing fees
(1) A fee is payable as set out in this section, unless the Court, a Justice of the Court or a Registrar directs otherwise. (2) A filing fee is payable: (a) by the person for whom the document is filed; and (b) before the document is filed. (3) A fee mentioned in Part 2 of Schedule 1 is payable: (a) for a fee for obtaining a document: (i) by the person for whom the document is obtained; and (ii) before the document is obtained; and (b) in any other case: (i) by the person for whom the service is provided; and (ii) before the service is provided.
