5 Application
This regulation applies to fees for: (a) the filing of a document lodged on or after 1 January 2013; and (b) the following if it is requested on or after 1 January 2013: (i) the obtaining of a document; (ii) a hearing in relation to a proceeding; (iii) the provision of a service.
