#### 41 Accounts with ADIs (1) The Chief Executive and Principal Registrar may, on behalf of and in the name of the High Court, open and maintain an account or accounts with an ADI or ADIs and shall maintain at all times at least one such account. (2) The Chief Executive and Principal Registrar shall pay all moneys received by the Court into an account referred to in this section.
