88 Offences in relation to negligently performing certain activities (1) A person must not negligently remove, relocate or demolish, damage or despoil, develop or alter, or excavate, all or any part of a registered place. (2) A person must not negligently remove, relocate or demolish, damage or despoil, or alter, a registered object. (d) for which the Heritage Council or the Executive Director has determined that a permit is not required under this Act. (5) An offence against subsection (1), (2) or (3) is an indictable offence.
