42C Obligations of owners before determination or inclusion in the Heritage Register—to advise of proposal to dispose (b) within the statement of recommendation period a proposal is made to dispose of the whole or any part of the place, object or land. (2) The owner, within 10 days after entering into an agreement, arrangement or understanding for the disposal of the whole or any part of the place, object or land, must advise the Executive Director in writing of the proposal to do so. (2) Before entering into an agreement, arrangement or understanding to dispose of the whole or any part of the place, object or land during the statement of recommendation period, the owner must give a copy of the statement of recommendation to the person who, under the proposed agreement, arrangement or understanding, is to acquire the place, object or land or part of the place, object or land.
