42B Obligations of owners before determination or inclusion in the Heritage Register—to advise of activities (b) within the statement of recommendation period it is proposed that activities that could harm the place, object or land be carried out. (2) The owner, not less than 10 days before carrying out the activities, must advise the Executive Director in writing of the proposal to do so. S. 42C inserted by No. 5/2023 s. 42.
