36B Requests for further information regarding application (1) The Executive Director, by writing, may request that an applicant for an exclusion determination provide further information to assist the consideration of the application. (2) The applicant must provide any information requested by the Executive Director— (a) within 30 days after the request; or (b) within a longer period agreed to by the Executive Director. (3) If the applicant does not provide the requested information within the period referred to in subsection (2), the application is taken to have been withdrawn. S. 36C inserted by No. 5/2023 s. 22.
