35 Deferral of consideration for nomination If any place, object or land which is the subject of a nomination has been offered for sale or is offered for sale within 60 days after the making of the nomination, the Executive Director, with the agreement of the owner of the place, object or land, may defer the consideration of a nomination until after completion of that sale.
