33 Requests for further information regarding nominations S. 33(1) amended by No. 5/2023 s. 33(a). (1) The Executive Director may make a written request to a person or body that made a nomination under this Division for further information to assist the consideration of the nomination. S. 33(2) amended by No. 5/2023 s. 33(b). (2) The person or body that made the nomination must provide any information requested by the Executive Director within 30 days after the request or a longer period agreed to by the Executive Director. (3) If the person or body does not provide the requested information within the period referred to in subsection (2), the nomination is taken to have been withdrawn.
