304Repair orders

304 Repair orders (1) The amendments made to section 154 by section 97 of the amending Act apply only in respect of a notice that is served on or after the commencement of section 97 of the amending Act. (2) The amendments made to section 155 by section 98 of the amending Act apply only in respect of a notice under section 154 that is served on or after the commencement of section 98 of the amending Act. (3) The amendments made to section 159 by section 99 of the amending Act apply only in respect of a repair order that is served on or after the commencement of section 99 of the amending Act.
