296 Nomination of place or object, objects integral to places and of additional land (1) This section applies to a nomination of a place or object under section 27, an object under section 31, or additional land under section 32, for inclusion in the Heritage Register that— (a) was made before the commencement of section 32 of the amending Act; and (b) had not been finally determined as at the commencement of section 32 of the amending Act. (2) The nomination is to be considered and determined as follows— (a) if the Executive Director had made a recommendation under section 37 before the commencement of section 32 of the amending Act—in accordance with this Act as in force immediately before the commencement of section 32 of the amending Act; or (b) if the Executive Director had not made a recommendation under section 37 before the commencement of section 32 of the amending Act—in accordance with this Act as amended by Part 4 of the amending Act.
