281 Permit applications relating to shipwrecks in respect of which determinations have not been made (1) This section applies if a permit application has been made under section 113 of the old Act but the Executive Director has not made a determination under that section in respect of the application before the commencement day. (2) Despite the repeal of the old Act, on and after the commencement day, the old Act continues to apply to the application as if the old Act had not been repealed. (3) However, this Act applies to a determination of the Executive Director as if it were a determination of the Executive Director under section 77 of this Act.
