27 Nominations of place or object for inclusion in the Heritage Register (1) A person or body may nominate a place or object for inclusion in the Heritage Register. (2) A nomination under subsection (1) must be made to the Executive Director in the prescribed form. (3) The Executive Director may nominate a place or object for inclusion in the Heritage Register. (4) A nomination under this section must include— (a) reasons why the place or object should be included in the Heritage Register, being reasons based on the assessment criteria published by the Heritage Council; and (b) any other prescribed information.
