258 Definitions ***commencement day*** means the day on which section 257 comes into operation; ***old Act*** means the **Heritage Act 1995**; ***old Heritage Council*** means the Heritage Council established under Part 2 of the old Act; ***old Heritage Fund*** means the Heritage Fund established under Part 7 of the old Act; ***old Heritage Inventory*** means the Heritage Inventory established under Part 6 of the old Act; ***old Heritage Register*** means the Victorian Heritage Register established under Part 3 of the old Act;
