254E Electronic Heritage Register and Heritage Inventory requirements (1) The requirements for making the Heritage Register available electronically are that the Heritage Council makes— (a) the Register searchable, free of charge, on a website maintained by or on behalf of the Heritage Council; and (b) the information on the Register available, free of charge, on a website maintained by or on behalf of the Heritage Council. (2) The requirements for making the Heritage Inventory available electronically are that the Executive Director makes— (a) the Inventory searchable, free of charge, on a website maintained by or on behalf of the Department; and (b) the information on the Inventory available, free of charge, on a website maintained by or on behalf of the Department.
