254C Electronic publication requirements (1) The requirements for making a document available electronically are that the Heritage Council or Executive Director publishes and makes a document available, free of charge, on the applicable website. (2) For the purposes of subsection (1), the applicable website is— (a) for the Heritage Council, a website maintained by or on behalf of the Heritage Council; or (b) for the Executive Director— (i) if the Executive Director has published a notice specifying an address of a website at which a copy of the document is published, the website at that address; or (ii) in any other case, the Department's website.
