254A Public availability requirements For the purposes of this Act, the Heritage Council or the Executive Director makes a document available in accordance with the ***public availability requirements*** if the Heritage Council or the Executive Director makes the document available— (a) in person in accordance with the requirements set out in section 254B; or (b) both— (i) electronically in accordance with the requirements set out in section 254C; and (ii) on request in accordance with the requirements set out in section 254D.
