235 Payments into the Heritage Fund (1) There must be paid into the Heritage Fund— (a) any fees paid under this Act; and (b) any money borrowed by the Heritage Council; and (c) any other money received by the Heritage Council. (2) The Heritage Council, with the consent of the Minister, may invest money credited to the Heritage Fund that it does not immediately require in any securities approved by the Treasurer. (3) Any interest earned on money in the Heritage Fund, including on any security held, must be credited to the Heritage Fund.
